Excel Performance Academy, EPA, is an indoor training facility in National City, CA serving youth and adults from all over San Diego County. We offer rentals for youth sports including baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, etc; clinics and lessons, travel teams for baseball and softball, as well as open space to rent for fitness instructors looking to run a class or personal trainers needing a space to train their clients.
Clinics and Lessons – EPA has instructors who offer clinics and lessons in a wide variety of sports. We have professional instructors who offer lessons for baseball and softball in hitting, pitching, catching and fielding. As well as professional instructors for individual and team lessons and clinics for soccer.
Travel Baseball and Softball – Our travel softball and baseball teams are always looking for committed athletes to join our Excel family. Excel Baseball has teams from 8U to 16U and Excel Preps Academy Softball has an 8U Development team as well as 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U teams.
HitTrax – Our facility offers cage rentals that include a HitTrax which gives you advanced metrics and assessment reports to evaluate player performance.
Strength-Conditioning-Speed-Agility – EPA offers small group clinics to improve sport performance through strength, conditioning, speed and agility workouts that can translate to better performance on the field.
Facility Use/Rentals – Our facility is available to rent to instructors wanting to hold their own fitness classes or personal trainers looking for a space to train clients. We also offer an open space for team rentals for a variety of sports and age groups.
Unified Sports – Excel Together is a program focused on adaptive skills for special needs. Through sports and follow along videos athletes will focus on improving coordination, agility, strength, balance, motor skills all while having FUN, FUN, FUN!!
