Our Player Development Plan is for middle school and high school players looking to take their game to the next level. Initial fitness testing results determine the at-home workout program that is assigned through TrueCoach. NCAA Eligibility Academic planning ensures athletes are taking the correct classes in high school to be eligible for college baseball and softball.
Our coaching staff realizes the individuality of each athlete’s swing and abilities. By working and communicating with the athlete we work together to maximize consistency and production. Drills, soft toss, live pitching, teaching aids, and video analysis are all used to implement swing fundamentals and mechanics. In addition, concentration and relaxation techniques are taught to enhance focus, concentration, and self-confidence.
Our coaching staff works to develop each individual style by maximizing their strengths and developing the pitching fundamentals of velocity, control, power and pitch strategy, and arm care. Through the development of proper pitching mechanics, students will develop the pitching fundamentals and maximize productivity on the mound and maintain the health of their arm.
Small group clinic that focuses on development of proper mechanics and catching fundamentals. Over the course of the 6-week program, catchers will work on:
